Terms of Service

RFPfront is a tender intelligence platform that helps UK suppliers discover, qualify for, and respond to public-sector contract opportunities published on sources such as Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Features include AI-assisted opportunity matching, AI-drafted proposals, compliance-aware tender scoring,a vendor marketplace ("Solutions"), and related tools.

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business or agency you represent to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

RFPfront offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then.

Matching scores, GO/REVIEW/NO-GO recommendations, AI Readiness Advisor output, and AI-drafted proposals or grant applications are generated using artificial intelligence and provided for informational and drafting assistance only. RFPfront does not guarantee contract award, grant award, eligibility determination, or regulatory compliance. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it to any government entity. RFPfront is not a government entity and does not provide legal or procurement advice.

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile, marketplace listing, and any certification claims (including WBE, MBE, Dual, Federal, or Local status) submitted to the Platform. RFPfront does not independently verify certification claims and disclaims responsibility for their accuracy. Submitting false certification information may result in account termination.

The Platform incorporates data from third-party public-sector sources, including Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. This data is provided "as is"; RFPfront does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness and is not responsible for errors originating from these sources.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (including documents, proposal drafts, and profile information). You grant RFPfront a license to host, process, and use that content as necessary to provide and improve the Platform, including processing through third-party AI services as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• submit false certification or eligibility information;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform;
• infringe the intellectual property or rights of others; or
• attempt to circumvent subscription tier limitations.

We reserve the right to monitor user activity. A demonstrable pattern of non-compliant behavior or software misuse shall trigger an automated or manual flag on the associated Account. Upon flagging, the Account and all related telemetry will undergo mandatory review by our Legal and Compliance teams to determine appropriate remediation or legal action.

The Platform, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by RFPfront and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.

The Platform relies on third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), Google Cloud (infrastructure and AI), and Resend (email delivery). RFPfront is not responsible for outages or issues originating from these third-party providers.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RFPfront does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match, proposal, or application will result in a contract or grant award.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFPfront will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the platform. RFPfront's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to RFPfront in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold RFPfront harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, including submission of false certification information. You may stop using the Platform and cancel your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
